Antonina Shevchenko
Antonina is a Kyrgyzstani Peruvian Muay thai fighter, mixed martial artist and currently is a competitor with the UFC flyweight division. She's older than her fellow UFC Fighter and Former UFC Flyweight Champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko started her combat sports journey as a Muay Thai boxer. She debuted in the IFMA World Championship Tournament 2003 Shevchenko won the tournament and beat Suzane Miller in the finals via unanimous decision. Antonina was awarded the Silver Medal in 2007 and a Bronze Medal in 2008, a gold medal in the year 2011, and the IFMA Amateure Muay Thai World Champion. Antonia started her professional career in at the age of 2003. She won at the world championships for light Welterweight at WKC in in 2012 and The Lion Fight Lightweight World Championships 2016, and the WMC World Championships and the Phoenix FC World Championships 2016. Antonina fought Isa Tidblad Keskikangas last at Phoenix Fighting Championship. She won by a unanimity. Antonina Schevchenko set her professional MMA records in 2002 when she fought Anara Bazanova in the KFK Cup of Kyrgystan. She was victorious in the second round TKO followed by 2 additional fights at WXF X-Impact World Championships to get a 3-0 record. Shevchenko dedicated herself to kickboxing after which she took a lengthy break from MMA. She came back in 2017, when she fought Anissa Hasdaoui. Shevchenko was able to defeat Anissa by a majority vote and defeated Valerie Domergue on Phoenix FC 4 in the year 2017. The promotion ended in 2018 and joined Dana White's Contender Series in 2018.
